Autumn Fruit Compot

Hello! This is SilverDawn, here with another of my inventions.

*This recipe must be made with the supervision of a grown-up at all times.*

Ingredients

A cup of blackberries

Two pears

Two apples

A spoonful of honey

Walnuts

Hazelnuts

A drop of water

Note: this is one of those recipes when you can alter the ingredients for what you have in your kitchen. E.g. other nuts would work instead of walnuts and hazelnuts, and the honey isn't a necessity, and you could do four apples instead of two and two pears.

Method

  • Cut the pears and apples into little pieces.
  • Cut the nuts into quarters.
  • Put two centimetres deep water into a saucepan.
  • Put on a low heat and add the fruit, nuts, and honey.
  • Keep stirring constantly until it turns into a thick fruit stew.
  • Serve warm, with yoghurt.
Enjoy! :D
