Kale Chips

I know what you are thinking, "KALE CHIPS?!?" But trust me, they are GOOOOOOOOD!! Here's what you need:
  • Kale
  • Seasoning (salt)
  • Pan
  • Oven
Okay, seems simple right? Yep! This is super simple. You rip the kale into pieces (can't really explain how big, but they shrivel up when you cook them), then put them on the pan. Then put them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, but keep and eye on them so that they don't burn. Oh yeah! I forgot, put the salt on before you cook them!! XD

Then, if you want to save them after just put them in  a ziplock bag in the fridge! They are SUPER healthy and YUMMY!!!!!!

  1. We make those, but with a cheesy sauce. :3 they're gooood! And we dehydrate them in our dehydrator. The sauce is actually a blend of cashews, nutritional yeast, and water and a few other spices... It's a lot of stuff you wouldn't normally eat! :D lol
