Easy Garlic Buns

This recipe is super easy, and makes a great compliment to a spaghetti or pizza dinner, or, really, any dinner at all! :3

You need:
Hamburger buns
(notes: Hot dog buns can be substituted, for a slight variation; if you are making these for a fancier/nicer/more than just a snack side/meal, I recommend using the bottoms of the buns because they taste a bit nicer, but both sides can be used.)
Olive Oil
Garlic powder OR 1 garlic bulb
Optional: Spices and/or cheese

Instructions:
1. Split buns into halves, and place them face up on a cookie sheet.
2. Pour oil onto a small plate/bowl, and brush oil over buns with pastry brush.
Note: If you are using garlic powder, skip the next two steps.
3. Crush garlic cloves in a garlic press OR smash with flat side of knife blade
4. Sprinkle crushed garlic and juice over buns
5. (Only if you used powder) Sprinkle garlic powder over buns
6. If you used them, sprinkle spices and cheese over buns!
7. Broil in a toaster oven or oven until edges are golden brown. (May need to rotate buns

Enjoy your buns!

Have fun nomming!

White chocolate pretzel Ghosts

Hey!

I know Halloween was couple of days ago, but it does not mean you cant have a delicious Halloween snack! :)

Supplies/Ingredients:

~Large Pretzel Sticks
~A bag or bar of white chocolate
~Mini milk chocolate chips
~Microwave safe bowl
~Tin foil wrap

Making:

Melt your chocolate in the microwave or stove. Once completely melted, dip your pretzels a little over half way into the chocolate. While the chocolate is still hot on the pretzels, add eyes and mouths of your ghosts out of the mini chips. Place in the fridge for about a hour or until completely hard. Enjoy your spooky and tasty snack!
